Abstract

Survei Kebutuhan Data (SKD) is a survey organized by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) to identify statistical data needs and the level of consumer satisfaction with BPS data and services. SKD has been carried out routinely every year since 2005, but initially it was still carried out at the Central BPS only. Since 2014, the location of SKD implementation has been expanded to Regency / City BPS. In 2024, BPS again held SKD at the Central BPS, 38 Provincial BPS, and 514 Regency/City BPS. The results of SKD 2024 are presented in the form of a publication containing analysis of consumer characteristics, service unit performance, anti-corruption behavior, data needs, and satisfaction with data quality. This analysis is complemented by a presentation in the form of a Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK) and an Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK).
