Abstract

This publication presents data and analysis on various aspects of people's welfare. The information contained covers the fields of population, health and nutrition, education, employment, consumption levels and patterns, housing and environment, poverty, and other social aspects. The data used comes from BPS surveys such as Susenas and Sakernas, as well as other relevant sources. Through the eight areas studied, this publication provides a comprehensive picture of the welfare conditions of the local community and serves as a reference in formulating policies that support improving the quality of life.
The results of the analysis show that Bener Meriah Regency faces challenges such as uneven population growth, increasing life expectancy, and improving education indicators and workforce participation. On the other hand, poverty remains an important issue that requires more attention. This publication also highlights progress in access to health and education services, as well as improvements in people's consumption levels. With a structured presentation of data, this report is expected to be a basis for decision-making in sustainable development in Bener Meriah Regency.
